Ihiala Assures Soludo 100% Votes

RAYMOND OZOJI reports

The Chairman Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo Re-election Campaign Council in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State Rt. Hon. Dr. Paschal Arinzechukwu Agbodike, says Ihiala will ensure that Governor Soludo gets 100% votes in the council area come November 8th this year.

Agbodike who also led Soludo's first term election campaign in Ihiala, said it's a new dawn in Ihiala because the governor has liberated Ihiala local government from the criminal activities of non-state actors who held the council area hostage for over 4 years.

Agbodike stated that Ihiala is grateful to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, whom he said worked tirelessly since inception of office to liberate the area from the captivity of criminal insurgents.

The Ihiala federal constituency representative noted that Ihiala was worst with insecurity before Governor Soludo came on board and that upon inception of office, the governor met a very decayed and decadent society where non-state actors took over several local government areas especially in Anambra-South senatorial district.

But according to him, the governor upon assumption of duty, worked relentlessly to set the affected local government areas free from their captors including Ihiala local government area.

He therefore emphasized that Ihiala people owe Governor Soludo profound gratitude and appreciation for his relentless war against men of the underworld troubling the area, noting that the onus lies on community leaders to brace up to the situation and further cleanse their respective domains off crime and criminality.

Agbodike equally thanked stakeholders of Ihiala local government area who played major roles in ensuring that communities in Ihiala local government were liberated and set free from the terror and harrowing experiences of daredevil hoodlums.

He also extended thanks and appreciation to the Bishop of Nnewi Diocese whom he said worked assiduously to help in the liberation of Ebonesie and Ihiala in general even as he acknowledged the prayers and supplications of priests, who contributed in no small measures to see that Ihiala was eventually liberated from the bondage and captivity of criminal elements.

The federal lawmaker also extolled the courage of those who relinquished membership of criminal gangs terrorising Ihiala local government area and equally repented from their evil ways and embraced freedom from darkness.

Agbodike maintained that come November 8th this year, Ihiala shall vote massively for the return of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo because according to him, there are no dissenting voices in Ihiala.

He said Ihiala unanimously stands with Soludo in the forthcoming gubernatorial election because they deeply appreciated his efforts in liberating the council area from the grip of criminals who laid siege of the local government for more than four years.
