Umahi: The Great Leader Of Southeast (episode 4)

The 2027 general elections have thrown up many political opportunists who pride themselves as political leaders of South East of Nigeria. 

However, the truth remains that great leaders whether political, religious or traditional pass through stages of service before becoming a head.

Therefore, any politician who had not serve before jumping to limelight because he brought money and bought over people's conscience is not just an amateur but an opportunist, therefore cannot be called a political leader. 

Senator Engr. Dave Umahi is a Political Encyclopedia. He rose from the rank and file of practical political academy. 

He was the former State Deputy Chairman of his party, elected the substantive State Chairman of his party. Senator Engr. Umahi was Deputy Governor of his State and was later elected the Executive Governor of his State. 

His Excellency Engr Dave Umahi was elected a Distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and now the Super Minister of Works, Federal Republic of Nigeria. 

Distinguished Senator David Umahi has contested in over four different elections in his political career and won all of them. This achievement is not just a show of capacity but evidence of trust placed in him by his own people. 

It is rare in Nigeria politics for someone to climb these political ladder easily climbed by His Excellency Sen. Engr. Dave Umahi, especially from Deputy Governor to Governor. 

We must give it to Senator Dave Umahi, a complete Democrat and Grassroot General !

As a Great Leader, he believes in independence of political opinions and dignity of Man. He is not a political bully and detest any act of bullying. No wonder he is always irritated whenever a Pharaoh wants to crackdown on anyone who opposes his views. 

Democracy is all about freedom of choice, freedom of association, freedom of opinion and speech, but not emotions. And that is why only Great Leaders like Engr. David Umahi had landmark apartments in party politics. 

As 2027 General Elections get closer, South East people must be vigilant to avoid desperate political opportunists who believes it must always be them. 

We must not accept as a leader an individual who has no regards for our individual freedom of choice and opinions. 

The time is now to choose a leader who understands politics and Senator Engr. David Umahi is one of such sure leadesr.
