RAYMOND OZOJI reports
Kosisochukwu Ibemesi, candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for next year's state assembly elections has declared that Oyi state constituency deserves better representation in the next political dispensation.
Ibemesi who spoke to journalists in Awka, acknowledged that the incumbent member representing Oyi constituency in the current 8th legislature of Anambra State has done exceedingly well but yet still he believes that there is a vacuum he is coming to fill with his 4-point development agenda.
The young multimillionaire business mogul noted that if elected by the people of Oyi Local Government Area to serve them in the legislature, he will deploy his wealth of exposure, experience and his 4-point development strategy to bestow a befitting status to Oyi constituency especially as it concerns tourism because the world's famous Ogbunike Cave is in Oyi Local Government Area.
He said he was not going to the House of Assembly to quarrel with colleagues or to be a redundant person in the legislature but to interface with them in the interest of Oyi constituency, emphasizing that Oyi people deserve the very best of legislative dividends under his tenure as representative of the constituency.
He therefore assured the people that his 4-point development agenda will usher in a new phase of transformative representation and people-oriented legislations in order to make Oyi constituency the cynosure of the world's tourists' destination.
